My name is Joanna, and this is my home on the web. I'm not a web designer or a writer by profession or study -- in fact, I'm as far off a you can be. I'm a science major currently studying at a university, but writing and design have always been my hidden passions.
I imagine my life to be pretty simple. By day, I study, and by night, eh, not much else. Every now and then, I'll do the social thing and hang out with friends. I live for camera-clicking, writing, music and design. Through my childhood, I fell in and out of love with the piano, but found a renewed passion upon entering college. Now, I couldn't love it more.
Web design has been my thing for the past eight years, and writing, the past six. I recently purchased a DSLR, and am now plagued with occasional urges to become a professional photographer (as if I'd have the skill). I still hold hopes of freelancing in the near and distant future.
My life aspirations revolve around humanitarian service. When life isn't consumed by pain-inducing midterms seasons, I'm often seen Rotaract-ing. I enjoy being politically aware and active, and aspire to make a difference. I hope to someday travel abroad to work on healthcare and water aid projects.
For whatever reason, my music collection is just about as eclectic as it can be. The Rocket Summer is amazing because Bryce Avary is a musical genius. Enough said.

The Punch Line
Life is a joke, so what's the punch line?
"Perhaps you will age, perhaps you will die, but I will make you immortal."
